Przeciez pełna nazwa SWAT to SWAT MEPD Wiec bedac w SWAT musisz byc automatycznie w MEPD.
Przynajmniej w innych detachmentach tak jest ze jak spelniasz wymogi na LVL 3, to musisz tez spełnic wymogi na LVL2. Tak na logike

Tylko szeregowcy i sierzanci musza miec plecak. Kapitan moze nie miec przy odpowiedniej konfiguracji, a "no rank" nie moze miec ani pauldronu ani plecaka.

Aby dostać się do MEPD trzeba spełnić określone warunki które są bardziej wymagające niż samo wstąpienie w szeregi 501st jako Sandtrooper . Dlatego ja np.muszę mieć drugi typ ładownic i zmieniony plecak. W obecnym mam za duże kuwety i rozmieszczenie elementów na nich jest przez to nieodpowiednie-za szerokie. S.W.A.T.jest kolejnym krokiem rozwoju i nie można do niego "wstąpić" bez uprzedniej akceptacji w MEPD w której plecak jest obowiązkowy.

PROGRAM OVERVIEW
The MEPD Police Officer program at it's heart was meant to give people who want to do more than the base level of Legion acceptance both a set of standards that while higher on the accuracy bar were also achievable with a reasonable amount of effort and budget.

While this program has been successful we recognize that as the state of the art for sandtrooper-based costuming has evolved and more information is available on how the original props were made, there is a group of who want an even higher bar to reach for.

Rather than increasing the current Police Officer standards to a level only a few can achieve or not providing any guidance for those with the accuracy bug, MEPD has created the S.W.A.T. program.

The 501st standards can be thought of as "must haves" and the Police Officer program is the first step of "should haves", the S.W.A.T. is for those who are continuing their costuming journey and have reached the "next step" of costuming standards. The "may haves" become "must haves" and close attention is paid to every visible detail.

While we recognize the value of "prop forgery" to our hobby, that is not the goal or intent of the program. Thus there will be no concern for what sort of strapping system is used, what connectors are made of, or what sort of plastic helmets and armor are pulled from. The focus will instead rest on the outward appearance of the armor. Are there rivets on the sides where they should be and so on. "Prop forgery" has its place, and may one day have its reward in the form of a badge, icon, or title, but this is not yet it.
